We have another dog I forgot to mention. Its really a cat, but acts like a dog. He comes when you call him, and just loves to hang around the garage. He is the garage cat, and his name is Calliou and we have had him for 1 year since he was born on May 10th 2006! We had to give his mommy Rose away, because she doesn't like dog's and was pregnant AGAIN, so I couldn't deal with 10 cats, 2 kids, 1 dog, 1 fish and a husband. So now we have Jasmin the dog, Calliou the cat, and Jack Sparrow the fish. But I think we will "adopt" another kitten from my in-laws in Idaho when we visit! So Wendy, save us the cutest BOY cat...

Wednesday Grocery Day...Kids Dressing up
Today we went to the local grocery store (King Soopers) for their re-grand opening sales. This started when I left my house around 7:15am, and ended when I got home around 9:30am. Since I was one of the first 300 customers, I got a coupon book (should be a "free" book because everything in it was a coupon for a free Kroger brand item..free cheese, popcorn, bacon, crab, hamburger buns, peanuts, toilet paper, and many more) I also got a free re-usable grocery bag, since my 1 bag I will bring in to use will save the planet!! So I went because milk was 99 cents a gallon! And will remain 99cents for a week. I also got 20.00 in grocery store credit for transferring my prescription! The kids acted crazy, and it was so crowded, with people and employees, it was a great deal, but it was hectic. i really hate when my kids want me to use the cart with a truck stuck on the front because those carts are a real pain in the butt to turn, and to move! So I had Teagan (really her friend Cheyenne because Teagan was too scared to go get me another cart) I had to have 2 carts!!! OMGoodness! I have never ever used 2 carts at a grocery store! But the Pepsi products were 5 for 10 bucks, so I couldn't fit everything in that tiny basket attached to the truck cart! Throughout the store today they were handing out freebies, and Teagan ate 3 mini-loafs of bread by 930! And when I got home I have like 3 extra ones in my bag? BTW my kids are always throwing random food into my cart, and I get home and wonder where that came from? Now I pay attention to the price screen and catch a lot of items like little toys, beef sticks, cheese sticks, gum, tic-tacs, chocolate bars..etc.. I went to pay and the check stand guy (a total retard) because some of my peanuts didn't ring up free, and my 20% coupon for the meat I bought wouldn't work, I asked for a manager, and at that time they had started their grand-opening speeches over the intercom. The checker was like you can wait till the speech is over and I was like OK I have all day to sit here and wait...So I waited (JUST KIDDING) I made him pick the peanuts out of my bags and I paid and left. Then I put my groceries in my trunk, and we went back in to the store for some cake. They had this huge cake the size of a long folding table! So we ate some cake, and when I walked back in they handed me a Colorado Scratch Ticket, and I won a million dollars! After I won a million dollars, I still ate the free cake...And the kids still fought over the little scratch things they handed out to scratch the ticket. And I got asked if I was 18!! HAHA!! This was my morning! Right now my kids have dressed themselves up as Aragorn, and Teagan is something scary for the Renaissance Festival. They saw a commercial on TV and of course we have to go dressed up. We will go do that on July 5 or 6, since its Prince, Princess and Pirate Day and kids are free with a paying adult!

Elitches(Six Flags)
Today we went to Elitches or Six Flags, same thing. WE started out our day by taking Teagan to the dentist for sealants, so she doesn't end up with crap teeth like me. Then we went to Sam's Club for some cheap food. 2 people called me wondering if I was getting rained on because it was raining, but we decied to go anyways because if you promise my kids something, you have to follow though or you never here the end of it! We got there, and it did start pouring, but it was only for a few minutes, and we had a fun day. Well the kids had a fun day, I sat there wondering where my life has gone. Here are a few pictures from Elitches.
For Sandrine-Jasmine
About a month and a half ago we adopted a dog, Jasmine. She came from Tucson AZ, and is the result of my sisters divorce. She is pure bred Siberian Husky (side-bearn is how Teagan spells it) She is very nice, and doesnt bark and love the kids even though she was never around kids. Conley on the other hand likes her, but hates dog hair. So far he is the only person to get a dog hair in his food, so karma is a b***h! Later on I found this cute little baseball cap and I stick it on her head when she is bad...Just kidding, its so cute though, and looks like a thong!
Zoo Day
Cade's school had a Zoo Day on May 28th. We had to be there in Denver at 915am. Of course I try to leave on time, get in the car, forget the keys, get back in the car forget the cell phone, then someone needs a drink, and the entire way to the Zoo Cade is screaming because he wants his window down cause he's hot, then he's cold, so he wants his window up. Did I mention that I have to listen to Alan Jacksons "Small Town Southern Man" over and over again? Because King Cade loves that song. And when Teagan asks to listen to Taylor Swift he freaks out, but he will still sing along to her songs. We get to the zoo at 930 as his class is walking in. I am running to catch up, my 10.00 umbrella stroller keeps getting stuck on all the sidewalk parts that are coming up, and the wheels dont turn the right way, so I am always getting pissed off at that stroller, but its a lot easier then carrying a 50 pound 4 year old! Anyway, a nice lady gave me a free pass to get in (12.00 for 1 adult, 9.00 for Teagan) and Cades teacher lied for me and told them Teagan was in kindergarten, so I didn't have to pay a dime (until the train rides and carosel sucks your kids in). Teagan starts almost crying because she doesn't want to be a kindergartener, she is a big 3rd grader now! Anyway, we walk in with his class and thats it. We dont see them until we meet for lunch at 1130, which we had to bring. During our trip we saw these monkeys. They are cute until they turn around, and have these really nasty red butts. Well when my kids got up on the glass to look at them, the little boy monkey (you can tell) starts trying to attack the kids! Its really funny, because they cannot harm the kids. We found out why the male monkey was mad at the little kids. And needless to say our zoo/church school kids got a lesson on sex-ed. So we left shortly after that, with all the kids laughing, and us parents laughing too.
Cade's last day of school- Field Day
Cade had is last day of preschool on May 24th, and it was field day. This was very boring for him. He only wanted to participate in the snack stations (food of course), the 3-legged race and ball in a hoola hoop. We kept Teagan out of school this day, so she could attend the field day. Teagan spent all her time playing with one of Cade's friends brothers (3 year old Riley), and eating all the food I had packed for them. I think my son was the only one who kept saying he wanted to go home, and hated field day. Next year we will probably opt out of field day. Here are some pictures from Cade's field day, and also a few pictures of him from school at a past event!
I am a BLOGGER now!
