Me and the bird

This was our weekend...Friday January 30 we went snow shoeing up at the Rocky Mountain Nation Park in Estes Park. It was beautiful! We had to bring Cade with us and he was such a good boy, and loved to snow shoe. He was the smallest snow shoer we saw! Him and I made it about half a mile to a lake, where I got really close to getting a blue jay to eat granola out of my hand! It was so beautiful! From then on Cade and I went back so it was about 1 mile all together for him and I, while my dad, Conley, Steve and Lauren went the rest of the way. Cade and I made it back to the car, and listenend to the radio and ate some food. When everyone got back, and had taked off all there snow clothes, shoes we were all ready to go: EXCEPT I ran out the battery in the Denali!!! SO we had to have this 1990 purple mini-van jump us...Funny story huh...
