Teagan is off!

Teagan went to bed at 8:30 last night, and was up around 11 asking if she could get dressed and sleep in her clothes! She was up and dressed by 6:30 and even made her own lunch!! She is getting so big! This is her very first day riding the bus, she didn't want me to take her to school she wanted to ride the bus. I will let you know if she makes is home okay!

This is one of my many sunflowers I have kept alive...They should grow seeds...

Update on Teagans school

Teagan and Keaton 2 years ago!

Tonight was back to school night for Teagan at her new school. Walking in she was so excited because this school has over 8 swings, tether ball poles, and a huge play-ground. We walked in and she wanted to hold my hand(awe). We met her teacher, and Teagan says she is very nice her name is Ms. Adams. We also found out that Teagans really good friend who is also new at WestRidge is in her class! She will be sitting right next to Kiki, and they will also be riding the bus together, which has 4 stops on our street!! Even closer then the fire station! Teagan just has to walk to the stop sign near our house. I am feeling really happy about my decision to move her schools. She will be picked up at 7:48 am, and dropped off around 4:20 pm. She is also given a really nice planner, which I have to pay for at Belle Creek but not here, and we also have to buy a recorder. (Annoying music instrument, Payback is a bitch I guess) So that will start after Christmas, so at least I don't have to hear that annoying noise during Christmas break.

Before I took her tonight I took her shopping at JcPenny. I bought her 2 pair of 40.00 Vigoss(sp) jeans with cute belts, 45.00 pair of cute Sketchers, 15.00 pair of cute sandals, and Cade a 26.00 pair of transformer shoes. My total was only 59.99!!! Because I had 3 diff. coupons, and the let me use my 15% off, 10%off and 10.00 off all in 1 transaction!! Just wanted to share my great savings, and let all my friends know that using coupons does pay-off!! I will post pictures of her first day tomorrow.

Congratulations Dad and Melissa on the Engagement!!

Melissa and Dad at Teagans "family" party, Teagan had also invited Melissa to her "friend" party at the bowling alley last January.

I just wanted to say how excited I am to welcome Melissa to our family! My dad asked her to marry him last Sunday, and she said yes! We do not know when or where but it will be a very happy day when it does happen. Melissa and my dad have been dating for 2 years, and she is WONDERFUL with my kids, and I love her too! Teagan is very excited because now she says she can see Melissa's horses all the time since it will be her step-grandma! Funny story about 2 years ago my dad took Teagan to Estes Park for Melissa horse show (she jumps her horse) and I told Teagan to tease my dad about when he will marry Melissa and he got all weird and said SHHH really loud and didn't want to scare her off! Well this last weekend my dad took Teagan to the horse show again and my dad was very happy with Teagan teasing him! Plus while Cade and I were there on Sunday Melissa won 2 1st place ribbons and Champion Ribbon! She is sooo good on her horse! I will get some pictures from her to share soon!
