SOLD..GLASS HOUSE CONDO!!

I just wanted to share the news. Finally one property has sold! And it was the guy who contacted me through craigslist! We aren't getting what we should get, but the price is worth the stress that will be somewhat relieved! Hopefully we will have a closing within 2 weeks. Now if we could sell the Windsor house!!
