I had a really great surprise birthday last Sunday night while all my family was here. Then my friend watched the kids Friday night, so con and I could go out. We ended up going to look at Nissan Maxima's. Well to make a REALLY long story short, I spent all day on my birthday talking and negotiating a fully loaded Super Black, with Black leather Nissan. The car I bought (yes me) is actually in Durango CO and is the ONLY black Nissan with Black leather in the 4 state region. I am hoping to have it Monday or Tuesday, but I am so glad to have a real car, a nice beautiful car that is going to be mine, and I can finally turn in my rental car I've had for about 6 1/2 weeks! So after I signed the papers last night we went to dinner with the kids, and it was after 930 when we got home, so we have decided to save the Transformer cake Conley ordered me for tonight! He is so funny, got the transformer cake for the kids since it has 2 toys on it, but also for me. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful little family. I also got a surprise vacation to Vegas October 8-11. I am still figuring out a sitter, so hopefully my om can do it, if not my great friend S has said she would do it! I just feel so excited to have a car, finally:)
